Anxiety, OCD, Relationship & Fertility Therapy in New York City and New Jersey

Somewhere between holding it together and falling apart, there's another option. That’s what I’m here to support you with.

You might be here because …

Your mind doesn't really turn off. You replay conversations, rehearse what could go wrong, and keep thinking about decisions long after everyone else has moved on.

Saying no feels almost impossible. You keep the peace and put your own needs last, then feel quietly resentful in your relationships and subsequently guilty for feeling that way.

Your relationship feels stuck. It might be the same argument on repeat, or a slow drift into feeling more like roommates than partners.

Trying to conceive has taken over your life. Between appointments, test results, and endless waiting, fertility treatment has become a second full-time job. The people around you don't seem to understand what it's taking out of you.

You're the one everyone leans on, and nobody checks on you. In your relationships and friendships, you show up, remember, and hold space. But you’re starting to feel drained.

Your life changed, and you're not sure who you are in it yet. A move, a new role, a breakup, a baby. Something shifted, and the version of you that used to fit doesn't anymore.

I'm a psychotherapist licensed in New York (LMHC) and New Jersey (LPC), with more than a decade of experience in mental health. I trained at Columbia University, where I earned a master's in psychology and a master's in psychological counseling, and I completed a postgraduate fellowship specializing in anxiety and OCD treatment.

Today, I run a private practice serving individuals, couples, and teens across New York City, Hoboken, and Montclair. I also teach clinical fieldwork at Teachers College, Columbia University, where I train graduate students as they begin seeing their first clients.

You don't have to have it all figured out to start.

Therapy isn't about fixing what's "wrong" with you. It's about understanding what you've been carrying and learning to move through life with more steadiness and self-trust.

The work we do together is a partnership, and it asks something of you. Sometimes that means practicing new skills between sessions. Sometimes it means slowing down to get curious about why you respond the way you do, and being honest about the patterns you keep finding yourself in, including the ones that show up between us. For some people, therapy is a focused stretch of building tools. For others, it becomes a longer, deeper process of understanding who they are and why. I'm here for both.

You don't need to be fearless or have the words yet. You just need to be open to getting to know yourself a little more honestly.

I offer virtual therapy for adults, couples, and teens in New York City, Hoboken, and Montclair, NJ, specializing in anxiety, OCD, relationships, and fertility-related stress.

We may be a good fit working together if you:

  • Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or mentally exhausted

  • Are experiencing intrusive thoughts, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship OCD, or other subsets of OCD

  • Struggle with overthinking, intrusive thoughts, or perfectionism that won’t shut off

  • Notice anxiety showing up in your relationships, communication, or sense of connection

  • Are navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy anxiety, or grief around the path you thought life would take

  • Want evidence-based therapy that still feels warm, human, and collaborative

  • Are a teen or young adult feeling pressure around identity, performance, or expectations

  • Live in NYC, Hoboken, Montclair, or the greater New Jersey area and are looking for thoughtful, specialized care

My work blends structured, evidence-based treatment with relational, insight-oriented psychotherapy. I use CBT, ACT, ERP, and relational therapy so sessions feel grounded, supportive, and useful in your day-to-day life. Some clients come for focused, short-term skill-building. Others stay for longer-term work to understand the deeper patterns shaping their relationships and choices.
